Scope
These terms apply to this website and set out the rules for the Hypari channels. On the platforms, the platforms' own terms apply as well.
What Hypari is
Hypari publishes short educational videos on its own channels. The videos are general information, not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisers. Banks, products and rates mentioned in videos are examples, not recommendations or offers; check current terms with the provider before deciding. Examples and figures may become outdated, and any decision you make based on a video is your own.
Our content
Videos, scripts, narration and graphics on Hypari channels belong to Kankara Agency Limited or are used under license. You may watch them and share them with the tools the platforms provide. Do not re-upload, sell or present them as your own without our written permission.
Comments and messages
Follow the rules of the platform. We may hide or remove spam, abuse and content that breaks the law or the platform's rules. We read comments and messages but cannot promise to answer every one.
Promotional content
If a post promotes something of our own, it is marked as promotional where the platform offers such a label.
Liability
We take reasonable care over what we publish, but the website and the videos are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general information, or for outages, rule changes or actions of the social platforms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes go to the courts of Hong Kong, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. The English text prevails over any translation.
Changes
When these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date.
