Delete your data
Two ways: cut our access yourself in seconds, or ask us to erase everything we hold. They work independently, and you can do both.
Cut access immediately
Revoking access in the platform's own settings invalidates our token at once. Nothing more is published and nothing more is read from that moment.
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Apps and Websites, then remove Hypari.
- Google and YouTube: the account permissions page, then remove access.
- Pinterest: Settings, then Apps, then revoke.
- VK: Settings, then Applications, then delete.
- Telegram: revoke the bot's rights in the channel or group.
Ask us to erase what we hold
- Write to admin@hypari.com from the address linked to your account, with Data deletion in the subject line.
- Name what should go: a single connected account, or everything we hold about you.
- We confirm within 7 days, complete the deletion within 30 days, and write to tell you it is done.
What gets deleted
- Access tokens and the identifiers of connected accounts.
- Statistics we retrieved about your posts.
- Material you supplied for production, and the finished pieces we hold on your behalf.
- Your contact and account records.
Two things survive, and only these: entries in server and billing records that we are required to keep by law or by accounting rules, and pieces you have already published — those live on your own channels and can only be removed by you.
If something goes wrong
If a request goes unanswered past 7 days, write again to admin@hypari.com with the original date. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Немедленно отключить доступ. Отзыв доступа в настройках самой площадки мгновенно делает наш токен недействительным: с этого момента ничего не публикуется и ничего не читается. Facebook и Instagram — «Настройки», затем «Приложения и сайты», удалить Hypari. Google и YouTube — страница разрешений аккаунта. Pinterest — «Настройки», затем «Приложения». VK — «Настройки», затем «Приложения». Telegram — отозвать права бота в канале или группе.
Попросить удалить то, что у нас есть. Напишите на admin@hypari.com с адреса, привязанного к учётной записи, указав в теме «Data deletion», и назовите, что удалить: один подключённый аккаунт или всё. Мы подтверждаем обращение в течение 7 дней, завершаем удаление в течение 30 дней и сообщаем об этом письмом.
Что удаляется. Токены доступа и идентификаторы подключённых аккаунтов, полученная статистика по вашим публикациям, переданные материалы и готовые ролики, которые мы храним от вашего имени, ваши контактные и учётные записи.
Что остаётся. Только две вещи: записи в серверных и бухгалтерских журналах, которые мы обязаны хранить по закону, и уже опубликованные ролики — они находятся на ваших собственных каналах, и удалить их можете только вы.
Если ответа нет дольше 7 дней, напишите повторно, указав дату первого обращения. Вы также вправе обратиться к уполномоченному по защите персональных данных Гонконга или к надзорному органу по месту проживания.
